We use every care with your order and now only use USPS for our shipments, for cost effectiveness, reliable tracking and delivery estimates, however, the inclement weather and pandemic issues persist nationwide can adversely impacts ALL CARRIERS.
Mail delays and service issues can occur, packages can arrive as much as a week late, and tracking information can be unavailable while in transit— please plan accordingly when you order.
Orders ship via US Postal Service, with the following options:
- Standard First Class Mail Service
- Priority Mail Service
We strive to process and ship all orders of stocked items within one business day and ship ship orders Monday-Saturday.
Bulk orders over 15 items usually ship within 2 business days
Holiday orders (Thanksgiving-New Years) often take 1-2 days longer in transit due to postal delays.
Orders ship with a tracking number by default.
These tracking numbers are assigned and emailed to you when your items are shipped, but will not be active within the USPS tracking system for 24-48 hours.
Don’t worry – your items are on their way, the USPS is simply slow to update the pickup and progress.
The delayed online information means that for Priority Mail service especially, the tracking progress sometimes may not be updated until AFTER delivery.
