Everyone else-- if you're still using any other kind of room spray (febreeze, etc...) Stop poisoning yourself and try this! I've been using it for years, and finally decided to buy the concentrate online so I could refill my bottles. I can't speak highly enough about this product. It's not just for smoke smells either. It literally works on everything. (We keep a bottle near the litter box for when BellaBumskins decides she needs to poop while we have company.) Also, it's not heavily perfumed. Fragrances give me wicked headaches, this is a perfect light sweet botanical extract scent that completely eliminates foul odors.

Also, you can't beat the customer service.
